Quantity
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery is available Monday through Saturday within designated areas. Rates are based on Quantity & distance from our Houston studio and calculated at checkout.
Same-day delivery must be placed by 12 PM CST. Pickup is free and scheduled by appointment only. We are not responsible for flowers left outside or unattended upon delivery.
Custom & Seasonal Designs
We use the freshest flowers available, guided by seasonal availability. Each design is made by hand and will vary slightly from the photos shown.
Specific flower varieties are not guaranteed unless agreed upon in writing. Substitutions may occur to ensure your arrangement is delivered on time and in optimal condition.
Climate & Flower Care
Floral arrangements are made with fresh, perishable items. Longevity depends on the bloom type, environment, and care. We recommend keeping arrangements out of direct sunlight and heat, adding fresh water daily, and handling them with care. No guarantees are made regarding flower lifespan once delivered or picked up.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup to receive a credit for a future order. Orders canceled after this window are non-refundable due to the perishable nature of flowers and materials sourced.
Order Confirmation
All floral orders require full payment at the time of purchase. Your order is not confirmed until payment is received. For custom designs and large events, a retainer or deposit may be required to secure your date.
