Design + Revive is a Black, woman-owned luxury floral studio rooted in Houston's Third Ward. We specialize in curated floral environments that go beyond decoration — blending modern aesthetics, cultural storytelling, and intentional design to create moments people feel long after the flowers are gone.
From brand activations and corporate installations to intimate workshops and bespoke wedding florals, every project we touch is guided by one belief: flowers are joy, memory, and meaning.
Design + Revive was born from a career spent making things beautiful and meaningful. With over 20 years of experience in luxury retail, visual merchandising, sales training, and brand activations — including seasons at New York Fashion Week — founder Joanne Townsend has always understood how environment shapes emotion.
In 2022, she left corporate behind to do that work on her own terms. Design + Revive became the studio where all of it comes together: the precision of luxury retail, the vision of a creative director, and the warmth of someone deeply rooted in community.
The studio is built in and for Houston's Third Ward — a neighborhood defined by culture, resilience, and creativity. That's the energy we bring to every bloom.
