Services
Design + Revive provides floral design services, event installations, workshops, corporate experiences, subscriptions, and retail floral sales. Services may include custom creative work that varies by season, availability, and artistic direction.
All services are subject to availability and acceptance at our discretion.
Orders & Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in individual proposals, invoices, or agreements.

• Deposits or retainers may be required to secure services

• Payments are due according to the schedule listed on your invoice

• Late payments may result in service delays or cancellation

• Orders are not confirmed until payment requirements are met

Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout or invoice.
Floral Substitutions & Product Variations
Flowers are natural, seasonal products and availability may vary. Design + Revive reserves the right to substitute stems, vessels, or materials of equal or greater value while maintaining overall aesthetic integrity.
Color tones, bloom size, and arrangement shape may vary. Freshness and longevity depend on environmental conditions and cannot be guaranteed.
Design + Revive does not work with plant materials requiring ongoing maintenance unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations & Refunds
Due to the custom and perishable nature of floral work:

• Deposits/retainers are non-refundable

• Cancellations may be subject to partial charges depending on production stage

• Same-day or completed orders are non-refundable

• Event cancellations follow contract-specific terms

Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible but are not guaranteed.
Delivery & Pickup
Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or venue access.
Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate delivery information

• Ensuring recipient availability

• Scheduling pickup times with the studio

Design + Revive is not responsible for orders left unattended per delivery instructions.
Workshops & Experiences
Workshop participation requires adherence to safety and conduct expectations.
Design + Revive reserves the right to remove participants acting disruptively or unsafely without refund.
Photos or video may be captured during experiences for marketing unless written opt-out is provided.
Food & Beverage Liability
From time to time, Design + Revive workshops or experiences may include food or beverages provided either directly by Design + Revive or through third-party vendors, partners, or caterers.
By participating in any event where food or beverages are served, attendees acknowledge and agree that:

• Consumption is voluntary and at their own risk

• Participants are responsible for disclosing allergies, dietary restrictions, or sensitivities prior to the event

• Design + Revive does not guarantee allergen-free environments

• Ingredients and preparation methods may involve common allergens including, but not limited to, nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, or shellfish

Design + Revive shall not be held liable for allergic reactions, illness, or adverse effects resulting from the consumption of food or beverages provided at workshops or events.
When food or beverages are supplied by third-party vendors, those vendors retain full responsibility for preparation, handling, and safety compliance. Design + Revive assumes no liability for their actions, omissions, or product quality.
Participants assume all risks associated with consumption and participation.
Intellectual Property
All designs, images, branding, written content, and creative concepts remain the property of Design + Revive.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use creative work without written permission.
Design + Revive reserves the right to photograph and share completed work for portfolio or marketing purposes.
Limitation of Liability
Design + Revive shall not be liable for:

• Allergic reactions to floral materials

• Damage caused by improper handling after delivery

• Environmental impacts affecting flower longevity

• Indirect or consequential losses

• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

• Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved within applicable Texas jurisdiction.
Modifications
Design + Revive reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
