Floral products are perishable and natural in variation. By placing an order, clients acknowledge that:

Longevity and condition of arrangements are influenced by temperature, handling, and environmental exposure after delivery or pickup

Design + Revive is not responsible for deterioration once florals leave our care
Design + Revive is not liable for:

Delays caused by weather, traffic, incorrect addresses, or circumstances beyond our control

Damage occurring after delivery confirmation

Allergic reactions to plant or floral materials
All services and products are provided “as available” and in alignment with our published policies and terms.
Delivery Policy - The Basics
Design + Revive
We’re honored to create for you. Each arrangement is thoughtfully designed using seasonal blooms and curated materials. Please review the following policies before placing your order.
Order Timing

We recommend placing orders 24–48 hours in advance for optimal floral selection.

Same-day orders may be accepted based on availability but are not guaranteed.

Custom or large orders may require additional lead time.
Floral Selection & Substitutions

Flowers are selected based on seasonality and market availability.

Specific stems or vessels may be substituted with blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and palette.

Freshness and longevity depend on environmental conditions; therefore, no guarantees are made on lifespan once arrangements leave our care.
Delivery Service Area

Delivery is available within a 20-mile radius of our studio (77004 area)

We service most Houston-area zip codes within this radius
Delivery Pricing

Within 5 miles: Starting at $10
-
5–10 miles: Starting at $15
-
10–20 miles: Calculated based on distance and logistics
Delivery fees are subject to adjustment for complex access locations, timed installs, or large orders.
Delivery Scheduling

Deliveries are dispatched daily at 2:00 PM

Customers will receive delivery notifications with an estimated arrival window between 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, routing, or weather conditions
Someone must be available to receive the order. If not:

Arrangements may be left in a safe location at our discretion

Or returned to the studio with a redelivery fee applied
Studio Pick-Up

Pick-up is available by scheduled appointment only

Scheduling confirmation will be sent after order placement

Clients assume responsibility for arrangements once collected
Rush Orders

Orders requested within 24 hours of pickup or delivery may incur a rush service fee

Availability is limited and substitutions are more likely
High-Volume / Peak Day Policy
During major floral holidays or high-demand periods (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.):

Orders may be limited to curated collections

Customizations may be reduced

Delivery windows may expand

Market-based pricing adjustments may apply

Order cutoffs will be enforced when capacity is reached

Due to the perishable nature of florals:

Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with photos
