By placing an order, booking design services, or securing event or wedding florals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

Return and order policies primarily apply to retail floral purchases. Custom floral design, workshops, weddings, and event services are subject to separate signed agreements or contracts, which will supersede any general website policies.

Design + Revive reserves the right to update or modify these policies at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon publication. Floral availability, pricing, and timelines may vary due to seasonality, market conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders & Payments

All floral orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Event and custom orders require a signed contract and a non-refundable retainer to secure your date. The retainer will be applied toward your final balance.

Orders canceled after payment cannot be refunded.
Event cancellations made after the contract is signed will forfeit the retainer. Any additional refunds are at the discretion of Design + Revive.

Floral Substitutions

Flowers are selected based on seasonal availability. While we do our best to honor your design preferences, substitutions of equal or greater value may be made.

Delivery & Responsibility

Once florals are delivered or picked up, Design + Revive is not responsible for any damage, handling, or care of the arrangements.
Delivery fees are additional and vary based on distance.

Care & Longevity

Freshness and longevity of flowers depend on environmental conditions. We do not guarantee the lasting quality of floral arrangements.
