•All arrangements are handcrafted with fresh flowers. To ensure longevity, keep arrangements away from direct sunlight and heat. Add water daily and place in a cool area when possible.
•Flower life span depends on bloom variety and environment. We do not guarantee the number of days your flowers will last, as freshness can be impacted
Return & Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on fresh floral arrangements once they are created and/or delivered. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so we can review and resolve the matter as best as possible.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup to receive a credit for a future order. Orders canceled after this window are non-refundable.
Damages & Claims
In the rare event your order is damaged during delivery or is significantly not as described, please email us with photos and your order number within 24 hours of delivery so we can assess the situation.
