We highly recommend placing your order early, as quantities are limited. Pre-orders typically open 3–4 weeks in advance of each holiday and close 3–5 days before the delivery or pickup date, or sooner if we reach capacity and price will increase.
Payment- Pre-order policy
Full payment is required at the time of ordering to confirm your pre-order. Orders are processed in the order received.
Delivery & Pick up
Delivery times are not guaranteed during holiday periods but will arrive between 10 AM and 7 PM.

All holiday orders are final sale. Due to the perishable nature of flowers and preparation timelines, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be issued once your order is placed.
