If there is an issue with your order (e.g. damaged items or incorrect delivery), please contact us immediately within 1 hour of receiving it so we can assess and address the concern.

Floral selections are based on seasonal availability and are subject to substitution at the designer’s discretion.

We offer local delivery within 10 miles. Out of zone deliveries will incur higher delivery surcharge. Please ensure all delivery details—including recipient name, address, and phone number—are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or issues due to incorrect or incomplete information.

If the recipient is not home, we will leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded spot or with a front desk/neighbor when possible. A photo will be sent.

We offer local delivery within a 10-mile radius. Deliveries are made in batches after 2 PM or 4 PM, depending on the day’s schedule.

If you require a specific delivery time, this must be arranged in advance and may be subject to an additional fee.
