If you experience an issue with your order—such as damaged flowers or an incorrect item—please contact us within 1 hour of delivery. We will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include a partial refund or replacement, depending on the circumstances.

We offer local delivery within a 10-mile radius. Deliveries are made in batches after 2 PM or 4 PM, depending on the day’s schedule.

If you require a specific delivery time, this must be arranged in advance and may be subject to an additional fee.

Please ensure all delivery details (name, address, and phone number) are accurate. If the recipient is unavailable, we will leave the arrangement in a secure, shaded spot or with a building concierge when possible. A delivery photo will be provided.
